Ken’s business has offices in both Perth and Melbourne. Depending on the time of year, the Melbourne office is 2-3 hours ahead due to different time zones. So staff in each location had different availability to take calls. This made it tricky to cover all incoming calls. Also, public holidays for each state sometimes fall on different days of the year, which requires calls to be redirected to the open office.
